We strive to ensure you and your pet are satisfied with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, clearance items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
